All sales are governed by our standard terms and conditions discussed in detail here. In case of conflicting terms, AMPS’ terms and conditions will prevail.

AMPS will try its best to meet the estimated delivery date. In event of delivery delays, the seller shall not be liable and the buyer agrees to this condition. In case of delivery delays caused by uncontrollable factors, the seller may cancel the order/contract without liability to any party.

Orders cannot be cancelled unless both parties have reached a mutual agreement. If the buyer decides to cancel an order, 40% cancellation charges will be applied.
