How We Protect Your Information

Your information’s safety matters to us. When you check out on our site, that connection is encrypted, so things like your address or payment details are protected while they’re on their way to us.

We’ll also be honest with you here: nobody can promise a website is 100% unbreakable, and we’re not going to pretend otherwise. What we can promise is that we take real, reasonable steps to protect your information. And if something ever did go wrong on our end in a way that required us to let you know, we would and we’d handle it the right way.

Who We Share Your Information With

We don’t sell or rent out your personal information. That’s not something you’ll ever have to worry about with us.

The only time your information goes anywhere is when it actually needs to get your order fulfilled, arrange shipping, catch fraud, process a payment, or help you if you reach out to customer support. That means it may pass through the hands of the people who help make that happen: our payment processor, shipping carriers, manufacturers, suppliers, and other service providers who work with us behind the scenes.

Outside of that, we won’t share your information unless you’ve told us it’s okay, or unless we’re legally required or permitted to say, in response to a subpoena, a court order, or a situation involving product safety.

What We Actually Collect

Just by browsing our site, we pick up some basic technical stuff automatically your IP address, what browser or device you’re using, which pages your visit, that kind of thing. More on that below in “Cookies & Analytics.”

Once you place an order or ask for a quote, we collect what we actually need to take care of that for you: your name, company name, contact info, billing and shipping details, and the order itself.

Specifically, we use analytics tools to understand how visitors move through our site so we can keep improving it.

To be clear we’re not using any of this for advertising or remarketing right now.

Depending on where you’re located, you may have the legal right to ask what personal information we have about you, get something corrected, or have it deleted altogether.
